Wreck DivingCourse Duration: 2 Days Minimum Age: 15 years Course Cost: 200€. (including certification). Entry Level: PADI Adventure Diver or equivalent to PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. This course is designed to provide insight into the legal issues and social and historical values of wrecks and enable you to dive on wreck sites, and to recognise, anticipate and avoid potential hazards. Proper planning and preparation can make your wreck dives fun dives. You will be able to organise your dives safely, to allow you to explore other wrecks, in conditions as good as or better than the conditions in which you are trained. Identifying the hazards of wreck penetration you will learn the techniques and procedures to minimise risks. During your course you will make at least four training dives Certification On completion you will be awarded the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty certification. You will be qualified to plan, organise and conduct recreational dives on wrecks, make limited penetration dives into suitable wrecks, remaining within the natural light zone and not more than 40 linear metres from the surface. At the discretion of your instructor, the Wreck dive from your "Adventures in Diving" programme may be counted towards this speciality course.
